I support and advise multiple businesses with regards to people management, employment law and process compliance. I work with senior leaders to create strategies that align with business models to enhance the employee life cycle and achieve business goals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy on the job learning and applying what I am learning to my role to develop professionally and personally.

I have learnt new skills with regards to stakeholder and departmental collaboration and data analysis, along with developing existing communication, presentation, time management and prioritisation skills.

The programme is very organised to support my learning and development through my career.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel really well supported by my colleagues and the organisation. I have been exposed to so many opportunities allowing the application of my learnings within my every day role and responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieve a lot of support from my provider. They meet with me regularly, hold me accountable and guide me to reaching my full potential, whilst managing my workload within the programme and outside of the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It enhances my professional approach and also my knowlede within my role. I feel very confident with what I am learning and how I am supporting other businesses from a strategic and informative point of view.

I am part of the social committee and I help organise social events and encourage participation from all areas of the business.
