I am based in the Education team. I supports all learners - both students and apprentices across the organisation. This involves the administration of anything and everything in between.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's great - I've learnt a lot. I have great support from my manager, team and assessor.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt SO many skills. Things that I started out with no knowledge have become my strength -which I never imagined when I first started. Having the confidence in me and the the trust from my team has helped push me out of my comfort zone which has been scary but amazing at the same time.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Brilliant - I have a busy life and I have managed to stay on top of assignments. You are not overloaded and have support if you need it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I think the qualification gives you the chance to analyse what you do at work. Sometimes being able to improve processes within the team which is really positive for everyone.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I don't know the answer to this - I'm sure there is but it is not something that personally seek for myself so have never looked into it

Why?
1000%. Really supportive, always seeking ways to support leaners and will try and help in any way to stop any barriers to learning and progression.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sirona care and health?
Be prepared to work hard. Apprenticeships involve a commitment from the learner too but it is SO worth it. To be able to earn a wage and get a qualification is amazing.
