i go out with the gangs when i am not training or doing remote learning , they walk me through what they are doing as they are doing it , this helps me learn quicker. Everybody is lovely and wants to help you, i do really enjoy it here.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt how to operate a tailift , what to load onto the vans if going out , why track safety is so important , different structure names and parts of the structures and lots more.

there are but I haven't gone to many yet only marketplace fair where they are they to help you with anything you need whilst working for network rail.
