Responsible for the Quality Assurance of a large care organisation ensuring audits are completed and risks escalated. Responsible for data management to provide insights into areas of need.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really like enjoy the programme I am underaking. It has provided me with a whole set of new skills and ideas to use in my organisation and further enhance the quality.

I have learnt lots of new skills, from project management to managing stakeholders and understanding the different needs of the business.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe the structure worked well. Some great support from the tutor assigned. Clean instructions via email and a whole host of resources online.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received full support from my employer. Time off when needed, integrating work and study to ensure I gain the skills and experience needed to complete the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had full support from my tutor when required, either as hoc support or via planned review meetings.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to see things clearly, understand the needs of the business not just my area, and has allowed me to gain tools needed to plan and develop systems and processes.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

In the quality function there are not mana social activities to participate in. The annual Christmas meet up, the bi monthly team meetings. It’s difficult as most colleagues in the quality team live far and wide and are looking to return home and avoid traffic.

It is an exceptional place to work. A fantastic ETHOS, great benefits and the people working in the organisation are amazing. Support is provided for a whole host of needs and time given for support. The overall board support means that the people living in our services receive phenomenal care.
