Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

daily running of 17 supported living services, to ensure the services are managed inline with CQC. Management of a staff team, HR processes, financial oversight of the P&L and compliance of the service. Good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the programme learns alot about the business side of the company and is easy to learn with the e learning and virtual sessions. There regular gaps between topics to catch up

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills around the business side of the company so you can understand what the senior leadership is putting in place. Most of the course is learning new skills around the tools what is needed which extend the existing knowledge.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

the course is split into 6 topics with gaps between each one when the portfolio work is completed, this keeps you focused on one area at a time instead of been overwhelmed with work load specially when doing a full time job
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the employer will support in the different areas depending on the topic and coach/mentor around different subject areas. The course sessions which are completed in works time are supported to complete these
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get regular 1-1 sessions with a coach and they were always on email is needed. The tutors and Arden was always available is extra support was needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me more insight to the business side of my job role so I understand company strategy better and when looking at business opportunities or giving feedback on new digital systems how this inpact financial and non financials

to ask your line manager for any progression you want and what qualifications as available. To make sure you know the company ethos and see if you align with company values
