As a Multi-Mission Store Manager, I oversee a high-volume, large-format site that blends traditional convenience with expanded grocery services. My daily focus involves leading a diverse team to maintain operational excellence across multiple departments. I prioritize strategic stock management, commercial growth, and high standards, ensuring we deliver a seamless, community-focused experience at a much larger scale.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The CMDA programme has been incredibly rewarding, providing high-level strategic insights that I apply directly to my large-format store. I particularly enjoy translating leadership theory into operational success, helping me manage my complex team more effectively. It’s significantly sharpened my commercial awareness and boosted my confidence in navigating the unique challenges of a multi-mission environment.
