I’m a team leader looking at improving my knowledge of management styles looking at progressing within the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Some weeks it isn’t too bad but it is difficult to find the time to do it sometimes

Some weeks are better than others. Sometimes the responses from the people running the apprenticeship are a little slow causing me to fall behind.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Some weeks are ok others are not. Some weeks I have been given the time at work but other weeks I haven’t been given anytime at all meaning I have had to do most of it in my own time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am able to email over any problems I may have however sometimes the replies back are slightly delayed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it is helping my management understanding allowing me to improve my knowledge

Some days are better than others but you do sometimes get listened to and you do have the opportunity to progress if you choose to.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Co-op?
Do not expect the world. It is your average day to day job and sometimes things don’t go the way you want but it is learning to adapt that is beneficial
