I entered into Barchester Apprenticeship Program and it has been a phenomenal experience that has allowed to learn and apply the knowledge in real life work settings. This has boosted my confidence on the job and given me a better clarity on my career path.

What training and skills development did you learn from your experience?

I am more conversant with care regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures. I learnt about the importance of Risk Assessment and how I have been applying it on every task. Improved documentation and practical skills. Finally, it has significantly boost my leadership skills and how I am able to coordinate the team.
