Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a Support Worker, my role involves providing practical and emotional support to individuals to help them maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. On a day-to-day basis, this includes assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, and encouraging participation in social and community activities. I work closely with individuals to follow care plans, promote dignity and choice, and ensure their safety at all times.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a great extent. It is interesting and relevant to my role, and it helps me develop the skills and knowledge I need to do my job confidently. I find the learning useful and easy to apply in practice.
