My job role involves supporting individuals in a supported living scheme in all daily activities, going on holidays and days out,cooking, cleaning, assisting them to socialise in the community and to with all daily living skills
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed working for voyage care and found the level 2 beneficial to my job role,I am now doing my level 3 to advance my knowledge and career and have found the support from voyage care encouraging

I have received encouragement from my field support supervisor who has engaged with my trainer,I have been fully supported by my care co-ordinator and manager to achieve my goals, complete my level 2 and begin my level 3
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is always on hand by phone or email, I get regular feedback and regular meetings with my trainer and supervisor

Why?
I have found them committed to provide quality care and living conditions to all they support,I have found them to fully undertake their duty of care not only to those in their care but staff too. I find my job role rewarding and feel fully encouraged and supported at all times and would highly recommend voyage care as an employer
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE Care?
I would advise them to be open and honest and that voyage care not only look at past work experience but life experience and the right attitude, I would encourage them to apply
