Very good
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Route Crime, Industrial Support Action, Timetable Change project, Passenger Experience.
I've enjoyed working in the Timetable Change project and visiting signal boxes.

I feel very supported by my line manager and placement managers. They've made me feel welcome and comfortable.
How is your work-life balance?

Very good. I complete my work on time and I have time for my personal life. If I am struggling with mental wellbeing I know I can raise it with my line manager and they will support me.
