Programme was very enjoyable and beneficial well structured my assessors regularly carried out progress review and e-learning face 2 face and remotely

I have great mentors in the garage they support me in learning different routes and type train on different fleets of buses.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My assessor will carry out progress review every 4 to 6 weeks and carry out off the job learning every month making sure I learn something new every month.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification gives my the knowledge and skills to develop and move on to other roles within the company.

As team bonding drivers are given opportunity to participate snooker competition and we are taking out for boiling and cinema.
