My role is to drive the bus with passengers ensuring safety and comfort is maintained all time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my time on the programme because the team of assessors, classroom tutors and IQA’s help me to grow in confidence develop real skills and progress in my role as a professional bus driver.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have obtained a PCV license and as bus driver I’ve developed strong customer service skills improved road awareness.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

One thing I loved the most is the open door policy where I can knock on the door of the Assessor room and get support from the experience assessors and IQA’s.
