I joined Voyage Care in January 2017,and since then this is my second family.
I have grown through the years, gain lots of knowledge and been supported to achieve my diplomas.
Voyage Care has changed my life in a good way, and I am happy to be part of their team.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have started my Level 3 in Social Care after long time since I achieved my Level 2 .
It wasn't easy,but a lovely journey where I could learn more and grow professionally.

Leadership and management were new for me, even if I had experience in Social Care.

Paragon was new for me,and it took a while to understand how to work on BUD.
I had great tutor and mentors,who were there when I needed.
Paragon is actually the best training provider.

Before I ended my Level 3 apprenticeship,I was promoted as a senior Support worker and this qualification has opened new doors that I couldn't think of.
