Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?
The apprenticeship provider within the scheme was quite poor, but the general experience of the graduate scheme was great and I really enjoyed the opportunity to explore a lot of different facets of the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed the ability to focus the scheme on exactly what I wanted, and to choose rotations that helped me to develop.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My rotations were usually ~2 months, and though some of the teams were great at offering me projects to take on myself, but some were not sufficiently equipped and I spent most of my time shadowing people instead.
