Spring into Deloitte Review

This program consisted of an optimal balance of 2 things
- An introduction of Deloitte, with employees from different departments explaining what their jobs entailed of, and detailing how the company has supported them through their development and led them to success.
- A group project, based on an assigned group of peers coming from universities across the country, where we worked on a case study of audit & tax, and a presentation of our insights to a few professionals who gave us detailed feedback on the content and presentation of our final product.

Having the exposure to all of the departments and hearing detailed descriptions from people working within those departments, along with the first-hand exposure of working within a team on a specific project, really helped elucidate what role would be the best fit.

Yes, beyond the soft skills including with team work, I developed fundamental technical skills, namely accounting, and tax strategy.

The company culture was amazing, they trained us well and the employees explained how supportive the company is, and how much they have grown and developed in their career since they started working there. The individual feedback was incredibly insightful, constructive, and encouraging.

This insight was very enjoyable, it was a perfect look into the company, and the employees were very knowledgeable and passionate. This program helped develop a lot of knowledge and skills, and among many other positive aspects, the environment, food and accommodation were great.
