• Use cutting-edge technologies like SAP, Genesis, Power BI, E1, and Precision to optimize workflows, improve order management, and deliver insights that enhance customer experiences.
• Managing order placements, keeping track of questions (price, availability, order status, shipping information), and effectively addressing problems all require careful thought and decisive action.
• Act as an advocate for the customers by controlling and influencing their level of pleasure and acting with grace, decency, and honesty at all times.
• Exceed expectations by meeting deadlines for order/inquiry processing times and service quality standards, and by always seeking out new and creative methods to improve performance.

• Analytical: Developed strong analytical abilities through business management studies. Analysed financial statements for case studies, identifying sales growth trends, cost structures and comparing financial figures to assess company performance.
• Attention to Detail: Possess a strong eye for detail and a commitment to upholding regulations. Maintained the highest hygienic standards in food preparation and service as a shift leader, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Additionally, I tracked inventory to prevent stock shortages and implemented waste reduction practices.
• Communication: Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills through clear instruction delivery, ensuring team and customer understanding during my time as a shift leader. This involved addressing difficulties and complaints efficiently.
• IT Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Word and Excel for tasks including spreadsheet creation and management, data analysis and document editing.
