Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Supported the Customer Collaboration team by delivering data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer service .Developed and maintained PowerBi dashboards to track key performance indicators and enable real-time decision making, which reduced manual reporting time by up to 20 minutes daily
