Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?
A fantastic experience with great people from across the company in different roles. People are willing to share their knowledge and experiences from all levels to help you develop as an individual
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy being able to take on leadership roles in different parts of the business. Whether that is presentations with senior leaders or different projects within the business such as risk management or office relocation.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I do get plenty of personal time but to make the most of every opportunity - I do need to travel and stay overnight to see different sites

Ensure you do research on the business but do not feedback and explain the model to the interviews. They want to know you understand what you are going into not list of every thing about the business and it processes
