Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mace?
During my time at Mace, I gained valuable experience working on sustainability initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. I contributed to projects that aligned with the company’s commitment to innovation and responsible practices, while developing strong skills in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and strategic planning.
I particularly enjoyed being part of a forward-thinking team that prioritizes sustainability and continuous improvement. The opportunity to learn from industry experts and work on impactful projects made the experience both rewarding and inspiring.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
During my time at Mace, I supported the projects i was on with strategic sustainability initiatives and achieving green building certifications while contributing to both consult and construct projects. My responsibilities included supporting sustainability initiatives around carbon and circularity, coordinating stakeholder engagement, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring alignment with project goals. I particularly enjoyed working in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making, and seeing the tangible impact of sustainability efforts across diverse projects. This experience was both rewarding and an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
