Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Reviewed grant applications against criteria determining whether or not they should get approved. Helped to allocated Uk programmes budget across organisations. Helped to write impact reports of previous food drives. Helped with food bank distribution at different food banks across london
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes i was given quite of work to do since the team i was working in was fairly small. I was also allowed to speak to a lot of the other teams within the company.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Developed communication as i was speaking with a wide range of people including work colleagues, and those disadvantaged at food banks. Developed budget management and time management through all the tasks.

I really enjoyed my internship. I learnt so much through it as it was very hands on, i also loved the people i worked with.
