Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Supported audit teams on private equity-backed clients by analysing valuations, capital structures, and cash flows, strengthening my ability to interpret financial statements. Prepared working papers and reconciliations through use of Excel-based analysis. Collaborated with senior auditors and clients to identify key risks and ensure compliance with reporting standards, enhancing commercial awareness and client exposure.
