I was as I was the only intern at the company and spent most time working independently, with frequent meetings and help being offered.

I mostly learned new skills within market research as this is something i have not worked in before. I also developed my existing skills in brand strategy and using tools such as Teams and Excel.

I received a lot of support during my internship from my manager who I had regular virtual meetings with. I also worked at the office once a week where we worked together on tasks. We also had one hour coaching sessions each week which I found really helpful for navigating my strengths and weaknesses, so that I could work on them with confidence.

The culture was very friendly, welcoming, respectful and professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, it helped me learn so much and build my confidence in market research and working in general.
