Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mace?
My time at Mace has been both educational and rewarding. Everyone I have met is very supportive and there are new and exciting opportunities for those who are willing to put in the effort to grow there career quickly. From my first week I was immersed in a live project, which accelerated my learning and provided be a real insight in to the world of construction. This early responsibility helped me build confidence in managing stakeholders, including contractors and clients, and strengthened my ability to lead effectively.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Stakeholder and Client Management, Financial/commercial Management, Team Development, Collaboration, Planning, Risk and Quality Management.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

II feel that I am part of a very strong and supportive team and we all help each other out where we are able to share our knowledge and skills.

Why?
I would recommend Mace to a friend. It’s a supportive environment with good opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you’re proactive. The culture is welcoming, the hybrid working setup is flexible, and I’ve had the chance to take on real responsibility early on, which has been great for my development.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Mace?
Throw yourself into it 100%. The amount you can learn from your team and others in the business can be invaluable. The recruitment is good and I have no comments on that.
