Watching Zoom calls of professionals and experts in business operations and marketing, there was optional tasks to do after the Zoom calls . There was a final task that involved studying a brief from British Airways regarding our task which was to create a new campaign involving a well known social media content creator / influencer in order to raise awareness/ fundraise / volunteer for the environment. We had to create a brief of our idea and how we would use social media to achieve our goals. We then peer reviewed with another person in the experience.

Pretty well organised Zoom layout, networking section was a bit difficult to find at first.

Learned more about the companys who were guest speakers, rather than about Bright Network, but the experience made me interested in Bright Network and the services they provide.
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

Yes there were many employees and employers and professionals speaking at the event, therefore providing oppurtunities for LinkedIn connecting. There were also forums/spaces for recent graduates / employees to speak with attendees, and for attendees to speak with each other.

The experience gives you lots of insights on the different roles in the world of business operations and marketing, on the companies that are hiring, and also some more information on their hiring practises. Also, Bright Network as a whole provides services that allows you to learn more about the different careers available to you, as well as relevant suitable placements, internships and job openings.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Network?
You will do an AI interview to join it, make sure you explain your enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and evidence of this behaviour. Also, make sure to ask questions, and do the tasks and be willing to share your work, so that you will be invited to the Top 50 meeting with an employer, for us it was British Airways.
