Industrial Placement Review

Supporting clients throughout the annual reporting process using provisional calculations to assist with payment advice and accounts disclosures (including tax accounting) before finalising and submitting returns to HMRC.
Advising corporate groups, vendors (including individuals), Private Equity houses and financial institutions on matters spanning the full transaction spectrum, including disposals and acquisitions, carve outs, joint ventures, initial public offerings, re-financings, restructurings and demergers.
Assisting in the efficient structuring of share and asset transactions.
Providing buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence services (often as an integrated services with the corporate finance team) on clients of all sectors and sizes, working closely with the employment tax, VAT and employment related securities specialists, and supporting the client through the process.
Supporting clients in their dealings with HMRC, including routine enquires and clearance applications.
