The one point being lower due to the commute. The office is an amazing place to work located in a quiet but beautiful area of central Bristol. The staff and my colleagues are all extremely helpful and so kind and welcoming .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5 At this point in time I absolutely love my programme, I love learning something completely different to what I have been used to learning all my life. The culture at BDO is just incredible- and the college days help to ensure I have some help although they are incredibly intense- something I am sure I will get used to as the years go by.

Why?
Incredible culture- the people that work for BDO are not just employees, they are valued people in one big family! BDO also has a huge support network, when you first start they provide you with both a buddy and a people manager which are there to help you incase you need anything. They helped me accommodate so well to my new role and I m forever grateful.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BDO?
Stick through it and keep your head up!
