What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was incredibly friendly and highly collaborative. The atmosphere fostered a strong sense of teamwork where "everyone helps everyone." There was a remarkable accessibility to guidance, as you could comfortably reach out to colleagues, seniors, and even directors for support and insight.
