Yes, i took on personal projects and worked on them myself but had guidance and support that i needed to fulfill them.

A lot. Always had clear communication and support throughout. Always someone readily available for me to chat to/ask questions and was really helpful with giving demonstrations and showing me how to do things instead of telling me.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly and welcoming. Chilled atmosphere but still held a professional setting. Very clear communication and worked well as a team. Out of work plans and activities, everyone got along and worked together well but all knew our personal responsibilities

I loved it. It really helped me see a clear vision of what i enjoy doing and what i don't. It taught me some invaluable skills i wouldn't have had an opportunity to try elsewhere.
