Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working on multiple social accounts to help get the content out month by month. Working on the planning, shoots and execution of the content. Also being involved in bigger campaign work for household name brands

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I learnt so many skills and developed existing. For me I’d say my biggest learnings came from working around established creatives each day, being able to ask them questions and see how they work. My confidence grew massively not only personally but professionally in my ideas.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I loved my placement! It’s really helped me know what I want to go into after my final year at uni and has given me so much to think about in terms of agency vs in house. I wasn’t sure on a placement at first but now I’d recommend it to anyone!

What advice would you give to others applying to STM Agency
Really take the opportunities given to you and don’t be afraid to ask questions and ask for shadowing opportunities with the senior creatives. Don’t be afraid to share your ideas and thoughts even if you’re not working on a client your insight can be really helpful.
