Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Aside occasional agitation during high-stress projects or periods everyone gets along well and I felt no malice intended towards anyone during my year there.
The team itself is not very diverse and leans on the male-dominated side but as a woman i did not feel excluded or unsafe at any point.
The team is well involved in the community within altrincham and greater manchester often attending charity events, or many who run side gigs as local sports coaches or etc. Team building events are also commonplace and good fun.
