Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at British Airways?
The experience is very broad, as it allows you to move around different areas of the business. From day one, you are given meaningful work, as you learn how to navigate the responsibility and knowledge required. As well as the day to day role, there are also lots of opportunities to be involved in other activities such as raising money for charity, professional and personal development courses and being an ambassador to inspire the next generation.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities are to produce technical documents in order to allow our aircraft to fly safely. Whether this is for the cabin, structure or systems, we all share that same goal. The part I enjoy the most is getting to see the aircraft and how your work has been implemented.
