Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
UBS has been a great place to start my career so far. I feel very well supported in this interesting learning journey, and have been exposed to multiple interesting projects and a multitude of resources to help me grow both personally and professionally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Developing, testing software, defining user requirements, designing apps and delivering technology solutions for the business.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

From the first weeks onwards, I was exposed to day-to-day apps that handle important functionality and have been contributing ever since.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Our compensation and benefits are more than fair in my opinion.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Very well. It gives me a broad overview of how the bank works from a tech perspective which is very valuable at the start of my career. The colleagues are also very helpful.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

My technology skills have developed a great deal ever since joining, and I also feel comfortable in the corporate world at UBS.

Excellent. Both in terms of professional skills, and personal ones, I feel very well-supported. There are plenty of opportunities after work where you can talk to others from all walks of life.
How is your work-life balance?

I am very happy with my work life balance, usually work 9-5/6.

The atmosphere is great, most people feel proud about working at UBS.

Why?
UBS' culture makes work here quite frankly great. People are helpful and approachable and here to support you, and this aspect combined with the interesting problems that we get to solve makes it an excellent place to work.
