Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
I would say the graduate program is a fantastic environment to learn a varied set of skills. Being able to work across different divisions as part of the program, is an opportunity to about different areas of the bank and where you feel most fulfilled working in.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a software engineer, I primarily work with implementing solutions and fixes to applications using Java. I enjoy being able to work with other intelligent individuals as you end up learning a lot through them, and are able to build upon your skillsets.

I would advise attending the Spring Insight program where you are able to learn about different areas of the business and meet with employees of UBS to learn more.
