Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
My team is very positive and are very supportive. The work is challenging in a good way but staggered. The culture is much friendlier besides a few misogynistic reviews I have received.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Software developing - Doing terratesting across our pipeline - It's nice that my work is flexible and I can plan my time around my workload so it doesn't feel particularly rigid.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I'm glad my team has given me a role where I can see across the team whilst it is also very needed.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

For a company of UBS' size it is ridiculous that the perks are so low compared to similar companies of its size e.g no day off for your birthday, 18% Value Perk package which includes health insurance, no free mortgage advice service (you need to pay from your value perk package).
