Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
Great Place to work. Good rotational programme and job security. Sometimes a bit of mismanagement with the graduate scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Placed automatically on your first team in Finance division for 1 year. Second rotation is 3-6 months cross divisional any division in the bank. Return to your first team until year end. Third rotation in Finance division with choice of teams that have headcount. Permanent role found in 4th year. Must do CIMA.
