Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
I have had the opportunity to explore many teams in the bank and gain an understanding of what they do. It's been interesting and full of learning which I've enjoyed and everyone is friendly and easy to approach for questions.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities have been to pick up tasks and write code to fix them. This meant I was learning fast and was able to talk to multiple people in order to understand what I needed to do.

Why?
It's a very inclusive environment and encourages a culture of sharing knowledge and learning. This makes it an enjoyable place to work and I feel comfortable talking to anyone in the office.
