Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend UBS to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I was recommend UBS by someone I knew and I would definitely recommend it to others. This is because the work you do is very valued and the tasks you do are ones that make a difference for your team/ you are adding value to your team. You are given real responsibilities and are trusted to get these task done on time. I like that as a graduate there are opportunities to do a rotation outside of finance - this is very helpful as you can see certain areas from a different POV and see how things work there.
UBS is also not always work - there are a lot of social event where you get the chance to make new connections and meet new people.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
