Overall, how would you describe your experience at UBS?
Good, Swiss culture isn't as toxic as the American culture, its more laid back and focused on doing your work and getting out the office vs staying in the office and putting in hours for the sake of it.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Currently work on a lot of client transactions, little client exposure due to not yet being qualified.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Well paid, base is quite a bit less than American counterparts for the same role but also work less hours so works out well. Get a benefits package on top of base which is worth 18% of annual salary. Benefits and perks are extensive and super good.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to UBS?
Been told that success for the Sonru video interview is more weighted towards eye contact, body language, tone etc vs how well you answer the question (which is still super important obvs)
