Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As senior support worker I will give handover to staff coming on shift, will check diary and communication book for appointments than plan the shift allocating staff for personal care and activities. I also undertake personal care and support on activities etc. I will administer medication, I also am responsible for the ordering and signing in of medication. On a day to day basis I will sign in and out any monies required and do a full check of service expenditure, I may need to report and record any incidents or accidents should they occur. I will assist my manager with office paper work such as care planning risk assessments . I carry out staff supervisions and also help with staff and house meetings. I keywork an individual so ensure these are all completed in a timely manner. This is just a short outline of each day
