Overall, how would you describe your experience at Galliford Try?
Fantastic! Galliford Try have invested a lot of time in my development and I have reaped the benefits so far.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have been on rotation, doing some work at a Shared Service Centre before moving to Internal Audit. I now work in Group Finance. I have enjoyed the variety as this has maximised my learnings. I feel I am given ownership of tasks and this is also rewarding. Above all, the culture is fantastic and gives staff the opportunity to learn, grow and develop.
