In my role as Onboarding Operations Manager at Harper James, I oversee the full client onboarding journey, from setting up new clients and completing AML checks to making sure we meet all regulatory requirements. I work closely with other business support teams to manage and support their development, while also keeping our processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Day to day, my focus is on making the onboarding experience as seamless as possible for our clients, while ensuring everything is handled in line with compliance standards. I also act as a go-to person across the firm for AML and onboarding matters, offering advice and guidance where needed.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship itself is a stellar program and there is lots and lots of learning that I have achieved. The only reason it is not a five is because I am someone who learns better with live lectures and I believe it would be nice if physical lectures were available.
