Working in the build department building pit guns so far. In the coming months I'm moving down the build department to experience gearbox build, sub-assembly and engine build systems.

Programme is structured incredibly well and one thing I'm impressed with is the '90 day support plan' the HR department have put together.

Get experience outside of academic learning related to motorsport. This could be volunteering at events as a marshal or working for a race team as a support race mechanic.
