UBS Spring Insight provides students the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the various divisions within UBS. During 4 days you get to learn more about UBS' culture from the current graduates at the Q&A panels.

The sessions are very interactive. You meet UBS employees from the different areas of the bank.
