I have learnt a lot of skills such as skimming, plaster boarding, dabbing and rendering

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised I know were I am everyday and get picked up every morning from my house so it is easy to get to work
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive they always make sure we have what we need and always check in to see how we are progressing
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We received a lot of help from our training provider as they help us improve our skills all the time
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think I will be more than ready to pass my qualification as our training provider makes sure we have the best tutors and learners

I would definitely recommend Sterling to my friend as I have done this before and got my friend an apprentice here and he has developed really good skills and is enjoying it
