As a registered manager it can be demanding and challenging. But also rewarding. Best thing I did was challenge myself and move from senior to manager.
I am responsible for ensuring safe running of the service and ensuring we meet all aspects of people's needs.

Always encouraged to learn and I started as an apprentice myself in 2011. Completeing level 2 to 4.

Go for it. Training provided is great and supporting people to live fulfilling lives is so rewarding
