Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?
Overall positive experience. Caring scheme managers and structured programme
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
multiple
first was quite poor not much experience but raised and moved. next placement i was doing CDM paperwork and involved in some commercial. final placement had an empty job so i was doing the full role of project manager

line managers on the scheme good, sometimes hard to raise as grad scheme and placement team do not have much (if any) interaction with each other. buddy and mentorship schemes are available for both
