Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?
Good company to work - treated well. Placements are enjoyable. Grad scheme itself was a bit of a mess due to disorganisation from higher ups; poor job prospects in Wales as well.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Mix of frontline operational roles and longer term, behind-the-scenes policy drafting and project management. Able to choose to do what you want

Company as a whole is great, not dealt with HR much. Buddys and mentors are very helpful, line manager less so
