Involved a week of networking with lawyers at the firm, attending insight sessions, attending an application session, shadowing a department at the firm, opportunity to have coffee with lawyers at the firm

We had insight sessions where we learnt more about the culture and what Macfarlanes is like as a business. Shadowing our departing supervisor we got an idea of what the day to day tasks are and what it’s like to work there

Very supportive early careers team, costs were reimbursed which is rare from other firms. Great firm to work for as culture of the firm feels supportive
