Panel talks from all business divisions, networking ecentd with interns, grads and seniors, interview workshops, more technical simulations (trading, negotiation, company valuation)

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful learning about the growth opportunities at UBS; the different roles withon each division and the flexibility aroind moving between divisions

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Definitely have learnt to approach every situation open minded and ready to learn; not knowing something serves as an opportunity to learn, rather than give up, and UBS facilitates this. The non-5/5 ratings are purely because I believe that industry-specific skills will best be learnt and solidified when actually faced with an indistry specific job and task; the spring week offered a wide variety of information that would be impossible to get into the specifics of in 4 days
